High Conflict Parenting Support
Parenting after separation or divorce can become exhausting when communication with the other parent is consistently tense, unpredictable, or conflictual.
High-conflict parenting sessions focus on helping you manage the aspects of the situation that are within your control.
Sessions may include support with difficult communication, boundaries, emotional triggers, parallel parenting, parenting between two households, reducing children's exposure to adult conflict, and developing child-focused responses during challenging interactions.
You can attend these sessions individually. Your co-parent does not need to participate for you to begin making changes in how you navigate the parenting relationship.
The goal is not to determine who is right or wrong. The focus is on reducing conflict where possible, strengthening your parenting, and protecting your child's emotional well-being.
Where can I book?
