Meet Kelsey Frank
With extensive experience supporting children, adults, and families, I bring both professional knowledge and a deeply relationship-focused approach to counselling.
My background includes many years working with children and families, vulnerable populations, complex family systems, and individuals navigating significant life challenges. Today, my counselling work includes individual therapy, couples and family counselling, child and youth counselling, and support for parents navigating high-conflict parenting relationships.
I believe that one of the most powerful parts of therapy is having a space where you can be genuinely heard without judgment.
